Three stories. one job: make the complex clear.

A medical-device seed raise, a digital-health Series C, and an enterprise repositioning. Different rooms, same problem: the audience couldn’t follow the story. Here’s what changed.

01 · Haelo Sleep Clinic Healthtech · sleep Pre-Series A

A clinical sleep story investors could finally act on.

Haelo was raising a Pre-Series A round with a genuinely complex, clinically-led story. The science and the model were sound: but the original deck asked investors to assemble the opportunity themselves, slide by slide. The brief: distil it into one clear, compelling narrative that lands on the first read.

Before · the whole system at once

“An integrated, clinically-validated sleep health platform addressing multiple touchpoints across the patient journey.”

After · the gap, first

“We fix the sleep problem the health system keeps missing.

Why Investors fund a clear problem and a clear wedge, not a tour of the whole system. We led with the gap, then showed the model and the proof behind it.

“They distilled complex ideas into a clear, compelling narrative that resonated with investors and played an important role in successfully raising a $5M round.”

02 · Omegro Enterprise asset management Repositioning

From a broad “people-first” story to the category leader.

Under tight timelines, Omegro needed to reposition as the definitive leader in enterprise asset management for high-stakes acquisition conversations. The ask wasn’t a prettier deck: it was strategic messaging with the authority to land in the room, plus a playbook the BD team could use the next day.

Before · horizontal

“We back great people and help good businesses grow across our portfolio.”

After · vertical authority

“The home for enterprise asset management leaders: and the operating system behind them.”

Why Acquisition targets and buyers fund category leaders, not general optimism. A specific vertical claim makes Omegro the obvious call in a single sentence: and gives the BD team one story to repeat.

“Not a pretty deck, but strategic messaging built to resonate in high-stakes deals… the confidence to challenge our thinking in exactly the right ways. Most importantly, our BD team could put them to work immediately.”

03 · NightWare Digital health Series C

A Series C deck still telling the Series A story.

The original offer deck was a strong but dense first draft: built to explain everything the product could do. At Series C, that’s the wrong story. We sat down with the founding team in a working discovery session to find what the round was really about, then rebuilt the deck around it.

Before · capability

“An innovative platform improving outcomes through a comprehensive, technology-led approach.”

After · momentum

“It works. Now fund the scale: here’s exactly what the capital buys.”

Why A seed deck sells possibility; a Series C sells momentum. We moved the deck from “look what it can do” to “here’s the traction and the specific use of funds”: the question a later-stage investor is actually asking.
