Privacy

Your information, handled simply.

The Unspoken Pitch (“we”, “us”) is a presentation strategy studio. This page explains what we collect through this website and what we do with it. In plain English, not legalese.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form or request a deck audit, we collect the information you choose to give us. That is typically your name, email, company, and a short note about what you’re working on. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and reliability.

If you accept analytics, we also collect usage data such as pages visited, links clicked, visit times, referrer source, device and browser details, and IP-derived location. For confirmed US traffic, our visitor-identification provider may combine this with third-party business data to resolve a company, business email, job title or LinkedIn profile.

How we use it

We do not sell your information or give it to advertising networks. If we contact an identified business visitor, our outreach will include a clear way to opt out.

Tools we rely on

A few service providers help us run the site, understand visits and respond to enquiries:

Cookies

Essential storage keeps the site working and remembers your privacy choice. Google Analytics and Instantly are disabled by default and load only after you select “Accept analytics”. You can change your choice at any time.

Your choices

You can change your cookie choice, opt out of marketing, or ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Use the button below or email our studio team.

Changes

If we update this page, we’ll change the date above. For anything you’re unsure about, get in touch and a human will answer.

This is a plain-English summary of how we handle your information, not legal advice. If you need formal terms for a specific engagement, those are covered in your individual proposal or agreement.
