The project

ImmunoMet is a clinical stage oncology company with a best in class mechanism and genuinely strong data. Their old website and pitch deck made them look like everyone else. We rebuilt both around one idea: the science is the story. A BIO International deck built to be presented, and a cinematic website to greet the investors it warms up.

The starting point

Genuinely strong data, in a template deck.

The old corporate deck had all the substance: the mechanism, the MD Anderson trial, the platform. But every slide wore the same blue header and the same wall of text, so the best-in-class story read like a filing, not a pitch.

BeforeOriginal summary-of-opportunity slide, a dense page of bullet points
BeforeOriginal clinical development timeline slide, a crowded Gantt chart
BeforeOriginal Phase 2 study-plan slide, boxed diagrams and small text
BeforeOriginal platform-potential slide, tables and charts packed together

Real slides from the original corporate deck. All the facts, none of the story.

How we worked

We fix the message before the slides.

No template, no reskin. The same process we bring to every founder: sharpen the message, rebuild the deck around it, then carry the same story to the web. The rest of this page is those three moves, in order.

01

Sharpen the message

We started with the story, not the software. One idea survived every pass: the science is the story. Every headline was rewritten so a best in class mechanism reads like one in seconds, without a walkthrough.

02

Rebuild the deck

Sixteen slides rebuilt from the template up: one idea per slide, data given room, the argument in the order investors buy it. Built to be presented at BIO International, not read like a filing.

03

Carry it to the web

The same system became the website. The investor who meets the deck in San Diego and Googles the company that night lands on the same story, the same confidence.

Step 01 / Sharpen the message

Say the point, not the topic.

The old deck was written in topics: Summary of Opportunity, Unmet Medical Need. Topics make the investor do the work. We rewrote the headlines so every slide states its point before the eye reaches the body.

Before · a topic heading

"Summary of Opportunity", then seven bullets the reader has to mine for the point.

After · a ranked argument

The case in five key points. Mechanism, proof, indication, platform, believers, in the order investors buy it.

Why it works   A numbered case is repeatable. An investor can carry five points into their partner meeting. Nobody carries a bullet wall.
Before · the need, buried

"GBM Overview, Unmet Medical Need", with the actual gap sitting mid-page in a wall of bullets.

After · the need is the headline

GBM: 20 years without a new standard of care. The gap is the first thing the room reads.

Why it works   The unmet need is the reason the company exists. Lead with it, and the mechanism that follows lands as the answer, not another diagram.
Step 02 / Rebuild the deck

The same slide, out of the template.

Here are the real slides, before and after. Same science, same facts, rebuilt in the brand so each slide carries one idea an investor can hold.

BeforeOriginal title slide, a plain white template cover
AfterThe redesigned BIO International cover slide, dark with a glowing mitochondrion

The cover. From a template title page to a BIO International opener that looks like the science it carries.

BeforeOriginal GBM unmet-need slide, a full page of bullet points
AfterThe redesigned GBM slide, leading with 20 years without a new standard of care

The unmet need. A wall of bullets becomes one hard fact: 20 years without a new standard of care.

BeforeOriginal clinical development plan slide, two crowded columns of boxes
AfterThe redesigned clinical development plan slide, a clean two-study overview

The clinical development plan. A crowded flowchart becomes a plan an investor can follow in one pass.

On stage at BIO

The same story, built to be presented.

At BIO International in San Diego, the rebuilt deck did its job live. Open on the gap, land the mechanism, prove it with the trial, then make the ask. Sixteen slides, every one earning the next.
