The Unspoken Pitch (“we”, “us”) is a presentation strategy studio based in Sydney, Australia. This page explains what we collect through this website and what we do with it. In plain English, not legalese.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. When you submit the contact form or request a deck audit, that’s typically your name, email, company, and a short note about what you’re working on. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and deliver anything you’ve asked for (such as a deck audit).
To send occasional updates only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To keep the site secure and working.

We do not sell your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

Tools we rely on

A few trusted service providers help us run the site and respond to you. They only process your information so we can provide what you’ve requested:

Netlify — website hosting and form handling.
Zapier — routes a notification to us when you submit a form.
Flodesk — sends email updates, if you’ve subscribed.

This site uses only the essential cookies needed for it to function. We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
